I've looked and not found anything seamless and easily transportable yet,
and one just didn't work properly. I'd be interested if you find anything
decent.
Some cards come with suitable software and it seems better than those third
party offerings I've tried to date- I also have a version of Paragon
encrypted disk but I'm not impressed with it for a USB memory stick (fine
for hard disks etc)- it's not the latest version but this earlier version is
so unimpressive it doesn't tempt me to the new version. LockItEasy and
Storagecrypt were two others I tried then uninstalled. One of them (can't
remember which) didn't give the full size when split into protected and
public areas- lots of 'missing' space. They are here:

With my flash drive I downloaded a utility from the manufacturer.
For example:
