How can I open a Cad-drawing after fulfilling questions in excel?

I am searching for an option that opens a drawing, made in Autocad. Is there
someone who can help me?

Depending what you wish to achieve, look into Shell,
CreateObject/GetObject/Set MyCAD= New Autocad.Application.
AFAIK AutoCAD supports VBA, so you may be better doing what you need in that
environment rather than Excel.
