How can I make the default send account more dynamic?

Not sure if dynamic is the word, but here is my dilemma: My wife and I
both have email accounts. Mine is the default. :-) She will sometimes
forget to use the "send using" function (which I am sure I would also
do) and ends up sending messages from me, I get the replies etc. So I
am trying to figure out a way around this. Is there any type of add-in
that would always prompt? I am running XP Pro and could setup a
different profile for her and make her the default user for that
profile, but then we lose (I assume) the ability to share the same
Outlook file as our calendar and contacts are all in that file.

Any ideas?

Since outlook replies on the account mail arrives on, you really only need a
shortcut that opens a new message using her account for when she sends new
mail - so create a template with her account selected and save it - then you
can create a shortcut to it for her to use instead of the New button.

If you use Ol2002/2003 for this option, you can create a profile for her and
both use the same pst but she'll open outlook to check her mail and you'll
close it and open it with your profile to read your mail.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am running Outlook 2003. I am leaning
towards the shortcut method you describe first, however I cannot for
the life of me figure out how to create this shortcut (I have the
template created). Maybe I need your book. :-). How do I do this
shortcut?

I am willing to go the profile route if that is better. The other
wildcard is that she is syncig a Palm via Chapura Pro and I am syncing
a PPC, so that would still need to all work.
