[+] Shortcut

Shortcut
[[This is a system-wide setting. There are 4 types of shortcut icons that
can be used (arrow, light arrow, none and custom). Please note that changing
the shortcut overlay may cause some icons to lose any custom positions.]]

[[When you create a shortcut, Windows XP adds an overlay to the original
document's icon so you can easily identify it as a shortcut. The Shortcut
category enables you to customize that overlay. You can choose not to add an
overlay, to add a light arrow, to use the normal arrow, or to use a custom
icon as the overlay. ]]

Hmm, don't know -- it sounded to me like he was talking about the
selection rectangle left around a desktop icon after it's been clicked.

Can you be a bit more specific about what you're asking, Tsuniper-X?
