How can I make all outgoing messages BCC by default in Vista's Mai

Seems this would be very handy for those who have a lot of people on their
contact lists that don't want everybody to know their email addresses. Is
there a way? If not, why not? Seems obvious....
 
How do you address your outgoing emails?
Instead of clicking on 'To', click on 'BCC'.
I don't see how that would be more work.

No, but after you start a message you can click on Tools, then Select
recipients, then select who you want to send to, and put them on the
Bcc: line. However, note that some people refuse to read mail where
their address does not appear on either the To: line or the Cc: line.
