How can I make a phonebook in Microsoft Word?

I wish to make an office 'phone book' in Microsoft Word. Anyone have a
template or can offer any adivce?

This is the sort of project that usually calls for a "catalog" or
"directory" mail merge, assuming that you have the names and phone numbers
in a table somewhere. Even if you don't, you'd be well advised to create a
mail merge data source, as it makes it much easier to update the directory.
