How can i lay up templetes from web or other storages

I wanna get more templetes to store my hard-disk.
I can find lots of templetes but, they couldn't be downloded in my
hard-disk.
Also, templete has different file type '.POT'. That why i can't make
templetes customized.

How can I make or download '.POT'
