How can I install IE Security Certificates

Dear All
In My machine there is no certificates listed in the IE ( IE
6.0 SP1)
Tools->Internet Options->Content-> Certificates -> Trusted Root
Certification Authorities

I saw an info about these "Microsoft said that Without these
certificates the system may produce problems".

I have typical problem's in IE It asks install certificate on every
vistit to hotmail.com login page.

How can I fix the problem?

Where I can found these certificates to install on my machine ?

Go to WindowsUpdate and check for updates. Find an item Root Certificates and
install it.

I didn't able to load windows update. because the windows update site
also requires some root certificates

I found the default root certificates in the following download

I was download and install it . Now it works...
