I'm trying to send a data file to my secretary and Outlook won't send my
zipped attached file. Can I increase the size of the allowed sent files in
Outlook?

"Outlook won't send." Yeah, clear as mud. We are supposed to guess at what error message you got, what the NDR (non-delivery report) bounceback e-mail said, if it got stuck in your Outbox, or whatever "won't" means?

Check the quota on your mailbox. Maybe you don't have enough room. Maybe your mail service restricts the maximum size of your outbound e-mails. Check the quota on your secretary's mailbox. Maybe her mailbox is too full so it cannot accept your message. Maybe her quota says she can receive e-mails up to some maximum size which you exceeded. You and she will have to contact your mail administrator or provider to find out if you have exceeded your quotas (for disk space consumed and for max message size).
