How can I import my old Netscape Email into Outlook for Archiving.

I've converted from Netscape as my mail client to Outlook, but so far I can't
figure out how to access all my old archived email I have stored on my hard
drive, previously using Netscape.

How can I import my old Netscape Email into Outlook for Archiving?
