how can i highlight the text in outlook 2003 SP3.

I dont find option to highlight the text in the toolbar of Outlook 2003 SP3 I
am working with. Do I need to download some update so that I can have more
toolbar tabs?? Also the colors for text are very few.
 
You need to select Word as your mail editor.

Another option is to use a HTML editor, do your deed and preview, then
copy and paste into your HTML message. This is what I usually do.
