How can I have Hotmail messages delivered to general Inbox in Out.

I used to be able to use Hotmail Popper to have messages from two hotmail
accounts delivered to the general inbox in Outlook. Now it won't work so I
have upgraded to Hotmail Plus for both accounts but it still won't work.
Please advise.

account will be deleted without reading.
