How can I have a customer download the files...

Have a 2 GB bonus package for my customers and would like them to download
it directly through my computer.

What must I do to accomplish this?

Setup IIS on your computer.
You can setup a website for HTTP or FTP site for your customer to download.

Frankly, this would be insane. Even if all your customers and you have
high-speed connections, downloading 2 GB would take a very long time.
Get yourself a DVD burner and burn the files to DVD. Then send them to
your customers by mail.
