how can i get my business cards set up properly with the ready to

i cant seem to align my paper for business cards properly. the dotted line
does not measure within the aligning of the business cards
 
If you are using a standard business card label format for which the layout
has been defined in Word and the labels don't print correctly then there are
a number of possible reasons.

1. You have a header footer in normal.dot
2. The paper sizes in page layout and the printer don't match.
3. You have a scale to paper size option set to something other than 'no
scaling'
4. Your printer has poor label handling allowing slippage.
