How can I get help with a (0X800CCC0F) Error (Sending email)?

I am trying to set up an email account with a new computer and a new
provider. I am getting an error message saying the server was found but
there was no response from the server when testing the account. When trying
to send an email I am getting an (0X0800CCC0F) error saying that the
connection to the server was interupted. Anyone have any ideas?
