how can i get a shared calender to be viewed and edited

How can I create a calendar that can be viewed and edited by anyone
throughout my exchange server. We run through exchange about 5 differnt
points using outlook and we wanted a 'Diary' that everyone can put details
into and everyone can view, Can anyone recommend how to do this since when i
try it locks information to specific users even if its a public calendar..
How can I get round this? or is there some sort of plug in to use? Thanks ,WK
 
Even though it's a public calendar, that doesn't not mean everyone has been
given permission to change/modify or write to it. The owner/creator of the
calendar needs to make sure that "everyone" group is given write and
change/modify permissions :-) Hope that helps
