How can I get a multi-day calendar entry to show up in To Do Bar?

I often have multi-day business presentations that are on my calendar. I
would like for them to show up on my To Do Bar but no luck. I thought it was
because they were "all day events" so I scheduled specific times but still no
show. How can I get them to show up? Thanks !
