How can I get a cell to automatically resize vertically with the amount of text in it ??

How can I get a cell (row) to automatically resize vertically with the
amount of text in it ??
 
Set to "warap text" and row autofit.

If it is not working for you, could be you have merged cells which autofit will
not handle.

Need VBA code or manually fit to size.
