How can I freeze rows in the middle of a worksheet? (Line 14-15)

You can simulate:
1) open a 2nd window of the same spreadsheet
2) Arrange:Horizontal
3) freeze panes at the appropriate spot in the lower window

But you cannot actually freeze one window in the middle.
