I already have installed XP Pro now I want to go back and
reinstall XP Pro and kill a partition to give the OS more
room to work.

I want to format the hard drive ahead of time but cannot
find anywhere to do it in the start up dialog. How can I
kill the pertition and format the hard drive once I have
XP Pro installed????

If I try to instal over the top of XP Pro with the CD it
crashes and gives me a 0x0000007B code. Says there is an
error on the hard drive that may cause damage to my
system.

If I reboot to XP Pro instead of XP Pro Set-up it comes
up fine.

Greetings --

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)

Stop: 0x0000007B
XP has stopped installation to prevent damage to your
