how can i fix this??

sometimes when I click a url I get this message:

Network Error
Unable to read URL from host g.msn.com: Connection reset
by peer

I've scanned for viruses, reinstalled my browsers,
checked my connections, etc and nothing helps.

Search for a file called "HOSTS" or "hosts" (no quotes - no extensions).
(may be hidden) *If found - rename to NOHOSTS or nohosts.
Reboot - Please post back with your findings.
