The page referencing in the document I am editing constantly reads as zero,
apart from the first page which reads '1'. In the bottom left of the screen
the page is indicated the same as above, the sections are referenced
correctly and the x/xx is also correct.
I can find no way of making the page ref read correctly, i.e. the autotext
'page x of y' always reads as 'page 0 of 15' (15 page document), aside from
page 1 which reads correctly. How do I make the page referencing operate
correctly?
I am using MS Word 2002.
