How can I find the, "Dialog Box Launcher" in Access?

I believe the "dialog box launcher" in all 2007 programs refers to the
small arrow in the lower right corner of a group that when clicked opens
a dialog box to allow you to set more options.

For example, in Access if you view a report in layout view and click on
the Page Setup tab, the Page Layout group (blue bar) has a dialog box
launcher in the lower right corner that opens the Page Setup dialog box
where you can set margins, page orientation, and columns. There appears
to be many more dialog box launchers in other programs. In Excel there
are dialog box launchers on the Home tab for Clipboard, Font, Alignment,
Numbers.
