How can I fax from Outlook 2000 using Windows Xp?

I am trying to send a fax from Outlook 2000. I do not have a land line, only
a cell. Is it possible using this program? I cannot find Microsoft Fax at
Work program which the help menu suggests. Any assistance would be
appreciated.
 
you need to do that through a service of some kind, like dataoncall.com do a
search on email fax and several come up.
