Hi

When I go to search for emails with subjects I type in "look in" box,
then I go to click on search in, but this seems to be disabled and so
will only let me search in the current folder. I want to able to search
in all the folders at once. Currently not letting me do so. I am using
Outlook 2003.

Does anybody have any idea how to solve this problem?

Many thanks in advance.

You can do this when doing an Advanced Search. Alternatively you can install
a search add-in like Windows Desktop Search to index your e-mail and search
at the speed of lightening through your entire mailbox.

Would somebody be able to help me with following

I have set up shared folder, with lots of subfolder
Have used sharing/permissions to have two colleagues have acces to these
folders
That works, however using advanced find on those folders only works for me
not for my colleagues (when they use it they cannot tick subfolders).
Does not even work when I make them owner of the folders
How to solve this ?

Advanced find only searches one folder unless its in your own mailbox or
pst.
