how can i download microsoft xp spreadsheet

The Microsoft Office XP Spreadsheet is Microsoft Excel 2002. It is a
commercial program, and will have to be purchased. Almost any online or
local software vendor would be able to sell it to you if it were the current
version, but it is not. You should be able to open that spreadsheet with
Excel 2003, the current version; or, you may be able to find a vendor with
some leftover copies of Excel 2002 or find a copy for sale at one of the
online auction sites.
