How can I do an inbox repair in the Outlook Express for Windows XP

The inbox tool repair application is missing from Windows
XP. And I'm in need urgently of some advice which can help
me restore my inbox archive. I had problem today when I
was deleting e-mails, the Outlook Express froze, so I
forced with ctrl+alt+del the program to finish. It didn't
loaded again for the rest of the session, so I restarted
the computer. When I start the computer, my XP profile
recognize that I still have the ammount of e-mails in the
inbox that I'm suppose to have, but when I open Outlook
Express, the are several e-mails missing.

Think your anti virus may have done something with
them,update your AV and run it now!
