How can I disable the "send email" shortcuts?

I am thoroughly sick of having alt-S and ctrl-enter
accidentally send email for me from Outlook (2002,
running on XP Pro). The documentation seems to indicate
that I could disable these (so email wouldn't get sent
until I actually hit the Send button), but I am baffed,
because the commands it's saying to use don't actually
appear in the menus.

I'm *not* a computer professional -- I just use the
thing. Can someone please give me step-by-step
directions to disable these two keyboard shortcuts?

Have you tried NOT using these shortcuts? No-one forces you to use them!
