how can i design a 2 page a day diary / appointment book

need to design diary/appointment type that will print off needs to show
present and following month calender on each sheet

You might find something there that you can modify. However, I am not sure
Excel is the best choice for an appointment book.

Can you use Outlook? You should be able to import most of this... It
has all the calendar stuff built in, and can read Excel no problem.
