I am looking for a way to create a batch file or something to delete the
uninstall files from the C Drive of our computers. We have 100+ computers
and I am hoping to be able to delete these easily.

The files are located on c:\windows or c:\windows\system
The files are named $update.... or something similar.
The files are Hidden files.

Currently I need to browse to the correct folder and then enable the ability
to see hidden files.

Any suggestions?

You mean remove the uninstall files for windows update patches? If that's
what you mean they are not named "$update.....or similar". They are in
compressed folders labeled, $NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$. It is best if your exact
in what you are asking.

See Doug Knox' site:

If it's something else you're asking about then provide more details.

Sorry about that. I didn't know what the names were since it has been
several weeks since I worked on this last and I am doing this for somebody
else.

As you mentioned they are folders (not files) and they are the uninstall
files for the updates.

Do you have any suggestions?
