Is there a way that I can delete everything on my PC except the Windows
installed programs that came with the PC. Or can I somehow restore my PC to
the first day I got it? Thanks

More information would help
If this is a major manufactured Pc a Restore disk may have been part of the
package
If its an HP you may have the ability to create a restore disk
If its a PC store built a disk with XP on it was probably included
Those would be the choices you have normally

With your computer came an old fashioned device called a "manual".This device
does not need any type of power supply to operate. It's main composition is of
something called paper,an archaic medium made from trees. On this paper you will
see writting made up of sentences and words..these translate into actions when
properly interpreted. Its not an easy medium to understand in this
technologically advanced age but there are a few of us who can still interpret
this medium. It usually consists of an "index" which basically is a list of
various part of the medium as it relates to different subject matter described
therein. In your instance you would be looking for something called "restore"
besides wich should be a number. This number refers to a Page...which is a part
of the manual.Once you open the manual you will see these numbers on the bottom
of each page now you just turn the pages until you find the number that
corresponds to "restore".Once you have found that page you will find
"instructions" ...these are detailed descriptions in writting as to what you
need to do in order to "restore" your system to the same condition it was in as
when you bought it.
If you have a problem interpreting these detailed instructions please do dot
hesitate to post back here I would be more than pleased to help you some more.
