how can i delete a table without deleting the text?

how can i delete a table without deleting the format of the text? I would
like to keep the text, but do not want the table to show. thank you
 
Two ways come to mind:
1. Keep the table, but turn off the table cell gridlines. To do this,
select the table, then click on Format | Borders and Shading | Borders tab |
None.
2. Convert the table to text. To do this, select the table, then click on
Table | Convert | Table to Text.
 
Select the table and from the Tables menu, select "Convert table to text"
