how can i create recipes cards?

I am looking to make recipe cards. What I really wanted to do is to find a
recipe card online and save it somehow so I could enter information onto it,
but since it saves as a picture, I can't seem to find a way to type in it.
 
in the upper right hand corner of your MS Word program, there is a box for
typing questions. Type in "recipe card" and it will come up with all kinds
of them in the fill-in format.
