How can I create mailmerge between msaccess and excel

Please inform me how can I mailmerge between msaccess and excel.

You can't. Neither Access nor Excel are "mailmerge" programs.

You can use File... Get External Data... Link in Access to connect to
an Excel spreadsheet, as if it were a table; you can then use this
linked table in queries, reports, forms and the like. Is this what you
mean?

You can goto Tools -> Office Links -> Analyze with Microsoft Excel.
That might help you.
You can also lookup 4TOPS Excel Link that will make mail merging to excel a
breeze.
