How can I create a print page shortcut in Word 2003?

You used to be able to assign macros to toolbars in previous versions, but I
can't see how to do it in 2003.

For the life of me, I can't imagine why Microsoft doesn't supply a "Print
Page" button as standard!

Method hasn't changed.

It used to, but research showed that *very* used people used it. One of
those features that a few people love and millions don't need.

There is no longer an option to create a macro to assign to a toolbar. How
would I go about it?

If you record the macro, you have the option to assign it to a toolbar when
you record it. After the fact, use Tools | Customize to select the macro
from the Macros category on the Commands tab and drag it to a toolbar.
