How can i count a combination of name white a product.

dear all,

i am building an template for a support helpdesk.

But i can't find the right formule to count the amouth of company1 whit a
problem1 for example.
sow that i can see howmany times company 1 has problem1 or how many time
they hade a problem2.

please let my now !!
 
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A2:A200="Company 1"),--(B2:B200="Problem1"))

etc.
