The NK2 file doesn't contain mail and never has.

The NK2 file contains e-mail name, and alias and smtp or GAL path
information. If you want to move this data to a contact folder review this
link: http://www.dcs-imaging.com/autocompletetips.htm

Our product, mentioned in the above link is being changed to have a one
button copy NK2 data to a contact folder. Hope this helps.
