Office 2003 - I need to compare two worksheets and get results on a third and
fourth. Worksheet1 is channel list 1, worksheet2 is channel list 2,
worksheet3 would be the channels that they have in common while worksheet 4
would be the channels that they don't have in common.

You sound like a Cable TV guy because of the data you mentioned. Me too.
Another aspect of your results may need to compare different channel
line-ups for the same service. Example: list 1 has Fox News on channel 52
but list 2 has it on channel 32. A 5th worksheet would list Services that
are in common showing the channel number and which list uses that channel
ie,
Fox News
List1 52
List2 32

Unless that is what you are intending to do on Sheet3 with common channels.
I was assuming that you were comparing channel numbers, not services.

First, thanks for the input - its helping a lot --
What I'm comparing is channel lineups as well as price -
My data is setup like this:

A B C D
Network Abbr. CH# Category
FoxNews FXNWS 52 News/Info

I have several sheets of lineups w/ both our and our competitors lineups -
once I have the data compared, I will apply prices -
The end result will hopefully be a list of channels unique to us and a list
of channels unique to the competitor in like-priced packages -
Thanks again -
