How can I change the time for my e-mails?

Hi!
All the e-mails I've been receiving show a sent time exactly 1 hour before I
was notified of receiving them. Does that make sense? For example, I just
was notified of a new e-mail at 11:12am (the current time) and the time sent
is showing 10:12am. My co-worker actually sent the message at 11:12am. This
happens with every e-mail I receive, regardless of who sent it. The time on
my computer is correct so why are the new e-mails having an hour difference?
Please help!

Did you check the time zone settings?

Also remember that the time and time zone settings on the mail server can
influence the time stamp on messages.

And also have a check at "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving
changes" option :-)
