How can I change the name of a current note?

In Outlook "Notes", I can not figure out how to rename a current note.

Also, I have a couple notes that look different from the regular post-it
note look. I like that look. How do I choose the icon of the note.

Outlook uses the first line of the note as the name at the time you create
it. I don't think there's any way using the Outlook GUI to change the name.
However, if you have a PDA that syncs with your notes, you may be able to
use it to change the name. I can.

I have this issue as well, but it occurs only when creating a note on
another Outlook client whose version differs from the one I usually use.
