How can I change the form that the 'New Contact' button is linked

I have an application which uses a different form to add contacts but the
button is on a seperate toolbar which my users are reluctant to use, is it
therefore possible that I can change the form that is opened when the default
'New Contact' button is pressed in Outlook?

It is possible to do that, but, since it has nothing to do with where your
button might be placed, it is not "therefore possible". So the answer to your
question is no.

Go to www.slipstick.com and search on the term default. One of the results will
tell you how to do that.
