how can i change the derection of text in excel

Tools>>Options>>Edit>>Move Selection After Enter>>Direction>> Change it to
your desired direction and give ok

right click on the mouse, format cell, aligment, Orientation, choose your
option
 
If I wanted help quickly I would provide more information.

Which direction do you want the text?

You can format with orientation of 0 to 90 degrees as others have pointed
out.

OR provide more detail if you want something else.
