Set you cursor at the beginning of the sentence, and choose Drop Cap from
the Format Drop down menu. (Word 2003).

- Select the sentence. Go to Format > Change Case and select Title
Case -- that will make the first letter of each word upper case, and
all the others lower case.
- While the sentence is still selected, go to Format > Font and check
the box for Small Caps. That will give you upper case letters that are
smaller than the ones that start the words.
- Set the font size as desired; by increasing the size by 2 or 3
points, you can make the small caps as large as normal caps, and the
real caps will be larger than that.

I have a new question - how can I keep every single "i" I write from being
capitalized? Even when I write intelligence, investigate, anything - the "i"
is capitalized and I have to correct it. Thanks!
