Hello eveyone,

I am trying to setup Outlook 2003 so that I have 2 data files. One for
personal emails contacts sched etc and email and delivery and a separate one
for each of my business. The email accounts are already setup and when I try
to change the business email to be delivered to the Business data
file/folders, all my email accounts end up going over also including my
personal contacts.

Can I have more than one data file open and operating at the same time? I
don't want to have to login to windows under different accounts to solve this
or close and open a different data file to switch from personal to work etc.

Let me please give my thanks in advance for your gracious help in this matter.

Regards,

Sean

You can only have mail delivered to one PST file.
I see no reason you need two. Most of use just create separate folders for
separate accounts and use rules to direct the messages.

Well thats fine just to separate the incomeing mail. But I'd like a separate
"sent mail" folder "Calander", "Contacts" auto responder based on a recieved
email form, like wise an auto added contact based on a emailed form etc. So
essencially an entirely separate outlook entity for my business. Please
advise?

Then you should simply set up separate Outlook profiles. That has nothing to
do with separate Windows Logon profiles.
