I am wanting to prepare a training tool using PowerPoint.
I would like to include images of what computer
application display screens look like. How can I capture
a screen image and store it as an image file for insertion
into a PowerPoint presentation?

Thanks,

Ron

You keybaord should have a Print Scrn (PNT SCRN) button on it. tap this and
it will take a "snapshot" of what on your computer. on it MSPaint (or any
photo editing program) and paste it in.

Greetings --

Pressing the <PrtScn> key copies the entire display to the
clipboard. Pressing <ALT>+<PrtScn> copies only the active Window to
the clipboard. To view the screen capture, open a graphics program,
such as MS Paint, and press <CTRL>+V. This will paste the contents of
the clipboard (your screenshot) into the open file, and allow you to
view it or save it as a file for later use.
