How can I calculate workingday

I have a problem to calculate working day (saturday, sunday and special day
are dayoff) for example I want calculate working day between 1-31 January
2006 saturday+sunday=9days and special dayoff (define by myself) 2 day, That
is workingday=31-9-2=20 days
What is function for calculating it Please
