how can I burn a presentation to play on a vcd

PPT does not have any native export to movie format function. So you will
need to use some third party software and a bit of trial and error to
achieve results that meet your needs. Check here for a good review of the

Yeah, as Troy said, to play ppt on vcd you need to use the other third
part software. Do a search in help for "powerpoint to vcd" at
google.com. Should explain it nicely.
