How can I Automatically Save Attachments from Emails

I regularly get Emails with attachments (from a known receipient with a known
extension) which I want to save to my Hard Drive / Network Drive
automatically when the message come into my inbox.

There doesn't seem to be a rule in the rules wizard to do this.

There are third party utilities that enable this to be done, but I'm on a
company network and not allowed to install third party applications, unless
the whole business benefits.

Is there a way to do this within Outlook 2003 ?
