Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to apply a view to all folders with one
command (without setting each folder individually)?

When all folders are still in their default (Messages) view you can do this
by changing the Messages View through View-> Arrange By-> Curent View->
Define Views...

Eassier would be to define your own view and apply that view on first use of
the folder.

Tips of the month:
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
-Creating a Permanent New Mail Desktop Alert in Outlook 2003

The views and view changes I make do not survive logging out and back in to
Outlook 2003
