How can I adjust calendar appointments for dayligh savings time?

When my version of Outlook was installed, the "Adjust for Daylight Savings
Time" box was not checked (Prefences/Calendar Options/Time Zone). Once I
discovered this, I checked the box. However, the appointments that I had
scheduled did not adjust for the time change. Can someone tell me how to
correct this? I have clients showing up earlier than what my calendar is
showing!

I don't understand what you mean. An appointment scheduled for 10 am
BEFORE daylight saving change is STILL at 10 am AFTER the daylight change!
